The JNL 3000 Series Bearing Housings by JAYCO Engineering India are specially engineered heavy-duty split plummer block housings designed for large-size bearings and extremely demanding industrial applications. Developed as a reinforced version of the standard JNL range, this series delivers superior load-carrying capacity, enhanced rigidity, and reliable performance under severe operating conditions.

These housings are widely used in industries such as material handling, mining, cement plants, steel mills, power generation, paper mills, conveyors, and heavy construction machinery where durability and operational reliability are critical.

Axial Location & Bearing Arrangement

• Provision available for locating rings for axial bearing positioning
• One or two locating rings can be used depending on bearing size and application requirements
• For very large housings, free axial displacement arrangements are generally preferred
• Housings are precision-machined for both locating (FX) and non-locating (FR) bearing configurations
• Product suffixes indicate the bearing arrangement type

Lubrication & Monitoring Features

• Suitable for both grease and oil lubrication systems
• Circulating oil lubrication arrangements available for continuous heavy-duty operation
• Grease nipples provided on cap pads for efficient relubrication
• For W33 type bearings, grease nipples are centrally positioned on the cap width
• Side-mounted grease nipples provided for other bearing types

• Graded Cast Iron FG 220 as per IS 210
• Cast Steel Grade 280–450 as per IS 1030
• Spheroidal Graphite (Ductile) Iron Grade 400/15 as per IS 1865

Material selection can be customized according to operating load, vibration level, and environmental conditions.

Foundation & Mounting Features

• Housing feet designed with oval foundation slots for improved rigidity and alignment
• Optional dowel pin arrangements available for extremely heavy loads acting parallel to the base
• Dowel pin holes provided in the base for accurate on-site installation and alignment
